Every proper Band must write a Christmas Song during their career and so in the tradition of Slade and ..., well, the Ramones, Ham Ram recorded their big X-mas hit "MERRY CHRISTMAS!" in August 2008. The song is pure Ramones-Mania combined with tubular- and church bells.

It was released by Nicotine Records as CD and by Tornado Ride Records, Italy, as 7" Single on snow white Vinyl in the winter 2008/2009.
The Song has been blessed with great reviews of the press and it is still on heavy rotation with several independant Radio Stations during Christmas time. "Merry Christmas!" is backed by a special X-mas Version of the song "Johnny Says", the original of which can be found on the jewel case Edition of "Long Black Hair".

The Nicotine Records CD of "Merry Christmas!" is unfortunately sold out, but isolated copies may still be found on E-bay. But no sweat, Kids: Both songs of this CD are included in the 2010 Digipack re-issue of "Long Black Hair" available in the "Shop" section at affordable prices.
